  • What should I expect on my first visit?

    When you first arrive, you will be greeted by one of our coaches, asked to sign a waiver and be given loaner gear if needed. After a quick gym tour of the gym, you’ll be introduced to the instructor for your class and you can jump right in. 

  • Where should I park?

    Please park anywhere in the complex , along the blue fence, along the fence parallel to the highway or arrive early to get rockstar parking out front. Please Avoid parking in spots that are designated for or could block other businesses. 

  • Do you provide gear for new visitors?

    Yes, for students on trial we have loaner gis and belts for Jiu Jitsu and loaner gloves and shin pads for Muay Thai.

  • Is there a laundry service available?

    Yes, there is laundry service available, for a few bucks if you want to leave your gi to be washed and dried for your next visit. Just ask one of the coaches! 

  • What does a typical class look like?

    Average classes consist of a quick warm-up, partner drills, some positional sparring, and often sparring or rolling towards the end of the class. Newer members will often be held from full sparring until ready and the coach allows. 

  • How do I sign up for classes?

    You can sign up directly on our website or speak to a staff member who can book you in for your classes. 

  • What is the shoe policy in the facility?

    Please wear indoor flip flops or shoes off the mats and in the washroom. No bare feet allowed off the mats! We keep the mats clean, you keep your feet clean.

  • What if I can't make it to class on time?

    You are welcome to join a class late; we’re just happy to have you on the mats. Just try not to make it a habit and enter respectfully if someone is teaching.
