Ron is a Jiu Jitsu black belt and a Muay Thai fighter having trained and fought in Canada the US, Thailand, Laos and China, retiring from competition with a record of 27-2-1. Brandi is a Jiu Jiu Brown belt and active competitor winning the IBJJF Master Worlds Championship in 2024. Our focus is Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai but we offer classes in a number of different disciplines; Nogi, Judo, Striking, Boxing and MMA.

How is our gym different?

Whether you are looking to compete, start a new hobby, get in shape, or just socialize with good people, this is the gym for you. The atmosphere of the gym is welcoming and laid back but with the focus on competitive, productive training.

You won’t have to bow to a photo or call anyone your master. We don’t care if you cross train, we even encourage it. We have no problem with patches, gi’s or gear from other gyms and always welcome out of town visitors and drop ins.
