Programs

  • JIU JITSU

    Standard team practice, wide range of levels/techniques, positional rounds and rolling.

  • MUAY THAI

    All levels beginner to fighter. Regular Muay Thai structured practice with skipping, shadow boxing, pad work, clinching and sparring.

  • MMA

    All levels welcome. Striking, ground work, and wall work. Partner drills and some sparring.

  • NOGI

    All levels, wide range of techniques from fundamentals to advanced, more competitive rounds and rolling (optional).

  • JUDO

    All levels, focuses on basic movement patterns and the fundamentals of throwing ands falling safetly.

  • BOXING

    All levels, this class is focused more on beginners. Basic movement patterns, shadow boxing, bag work and pad work.

  • KIDS JIU JITSU

    Ages 7-14

    All levels, focuses on fundamentals, positional rolling, games, and building friendships with teammates.

  • WOMEN'S JIU JITSU

    Focuses on fundamentals, positional rolling, and keeping it fun. The Saturday Women’s class is FREE!
